Saskatchewan PNP: Conducts Last Entrepreneur Immigration Draw of 2019
Saskatchewan immigration has attended its delayed last draw of 2019 by the province’s successful Entrepreneur stream. The 5 December Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program recognized 62 invitations to apply issued for Saskatchewan Entrepreneur immigration.

Applicants who scored a median of 120 points score received an invitation to apply. This draw was initially scheduled for 7 November but moved back a month to enable program requirements changes.

Saskatchewan began a new Entrepreneur stream for global graduates at the beginning of December.

Under the current S.I.N.P Entrepreneur stream, applicants initially come to Saskatchewan province on a Work Permit; prior to being nominated for Canada PR later their business has been set.

Applicants need to have a minimum net worth of CAD 500,000 and invest a minimum of CAD 300,000 if their business is placed in Regina or Saskatoon, or CAD 200,000 in any other area in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan province has now invited 325 applicants to apply by the Entrepreneur Stream in the year 2019, following inviting 824 applicants during 2018.

The recent draw observed 17 more invitations announced than the prior draw. The biggest draw to date held in October 2017, where 265 applicants were invited to apply.

Saskatchewan projects 2020 Entrepreneur stream draws on 7 January and 5 March.

The province has moved to raise draws frequency at the close of 2018, from every 3 months to every 2 months. It suggested 2019 was the initial year to view 6 Entrepreneur draws managed.

The Saskatchewan Entrepreneur immigration stream is a 3 stage process:

1.    Submitting an Expression of interest (EOI)

2.    Receiving an Invitation to present an application

3.    Receiving Provincial Nomination

Applicants access the pool where they obtain a score. The top-scoring applicants are invited to present their application to Saskatchewan Immigration.
