Saskatchewan immigration is intending for a new draw by its successful Entrepreneur stream on Thursday, 5 September 2019.

The stream of Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program needs an individual net worth of CAD 500,000 and also a minimum investment of CAD 300,000 in Saskatoon OR Regina, or $200,000 is any different Saskatchewan area.

Four draws have been attended so far in 2019, with a sum of 217 applicants receiving invitations to appeal.

The stream operates on a process which is three-stage, where applicants originally come to Saskatchewan province on a work permit, prior to being nominated for Canada PR once the terms of a Business Performance contract have been satisfied.

Complete Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Stream requirements are given below. Saskatchewan Immigration intends to conduct its last 2019 Entrepreneur stream draw on 7 November 2019.

The Saskatchewan province's immigration Entrepreneur stream process comprises three-stages those are:

  • Expression of interest
  • Invitation to provide a complete application
  • Nomination from the province

Eligibility Requirements for Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Stream

The expression of interest need to satisfy the below minimum entry requirements:

  • The minimum individual net worth of CAD 500,000 legally acquired.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in entrepreneurial or related management areas.
  • Investment of minimum CAD 300,000 in Saskatoon or Regina, or CAD 200,000 is any different Saskatchewan area.
Applicants access a pool where they obtain a score. The top-scoring applicants are invited to provide a complete application.

Applications need to include:

  • Plan of Business Establishment confirming numbers in the expression of interest, and including minimum one-third ownership of a business in Saskatchewan, except investment is CAD 1 million or higher.
  • Dedication to be active in the day-to-day business management.
  • Production of two or higher jobs for Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents if the business is established in Saskatoon or Regina.
