Saskatchewan Immigration: Holds Last Entrepreneur Draw of 2019 on Nov 7
Saskatchewan immigration is intending to attend the last draw of 2019 by its popular Saskatchewan Entrepreneur stream on Thursday, 7 November 2019.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee (S.I.N.P) Program stream demands a minimum net worth of CSD 500,000 and a minimum investment of CAD 300,000 in Saskatoon or Regina, or CAD 200,000 required is any other area of Saskatchewan.

5 draws have been attended so far in the year 2019, with a sum of 262 candidates obtaining invitations to apply.

The stream mainly works on a 3-stage process, where applicants initially come to the Saskatchewan province on a work permit, prior to being nominated for Canada PR once the terms of a Business Performance contract have been achieved.

The Saskatchewan Entrepreneur immigration stream is a 3-stage process:

  1. Submission of Expression of interest
  2. Receiving an Invitation to apply to submit a complete application
  3. Nomination from the Saskatchewan Province

Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Stream Requirements

The expression of interest need to meet the below minimum entry criteria:

  • The minimum individual net worth of CAD 500,000 and that is legally acquired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of entrepreneurial or related management experience.
  • Investment of minimum CAD 300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or CAD 200,000 is any other area in Saskatchewan.
Applicants access a pool where they can receive a score. The top-scoring applicants will receive an invitation to submit the entire application.

Applications need to include:

  • Plan of Business Establishment that confirms figures in expression of interest, and comprises minimum one-third company ownership in Saskatchewan province, unless investment is CAD 1 million or above.
  • Commitment to be engaged in the day-to-day administration of the business.
  • Production of 2 or more jobs for citizens & permanent residents of Canada if the business is established in Regina or Saskatoon.
