A higher limit of 24,700 C.S.Qs correlates to a projected number of 24,500 fixed to be announced this year. The lesser limit for 2020 is 20,100 C.S.Q certificates. Skilled workers are assumed to be announced between 12,500 and 15,000 C.S.Qs in 2020, related to a projected 14,900 C.S.Qs in 2019.
