Manitoba Immigration: New Draw Issues 217 ITAs to Candidates for Canada PR
Manitoba provincial immigration announced 217 Letters of Advice to apply or Invitations to apply over three categories in the newest draw by the Manitoba's Provincial Nominee Program.

The 27 February 2020 draw viewed 161 LAAs or ITAs went to Skilled Workers in Manitoba category candidates, while the lowest-ranked applicant scored 499 points.

There were also 32 LAAs or ITAs issued to International Education Category applicants. The outlasting 24 LAAs or ITAs went to Skilled Workers in Overseas category candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, while the lowest-ranked applicant scored 707 points.

Manitoba said that 20 candidates out of the total 217 candidates had valid Express Entry profiles and proper job seeker codes. Detailed criteria of all the categories are provided in this article. It was the 84th draw in the Manitoba PNP  history.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba Category

This category has two pathways those are

a) Manitoba's Work Experience Pathway

For candidates presently working in the Manitoba province on temporary work permits which are awarded by the Temporary Immigrant Worker Program or as foreign graduates from any Canadian province. Contestants do not require to be working in In-Demand Professions.

b) Manitoba's Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway

For appellants from abroad with an employment offer from accredited Manitoba organizations.

Skilled Workers Overseas Category

This category has two pathways those are

a) Manitoba's Express Entry Pathway

For foreign applicants who are eligible by the other Manitoba PNP's stream, they also satisfy Express Entry requirements and have a profile in the Express Entry which is active in the pool. Contestants also need skills, education and work experience in one of the Manitoba province’s In-Demand Professions, and a strong family attachment to the province.

b) Manitoba's Human Capital Pathway

For global skilled workers with skills, education, and work experience in one of the Manitoba province’s In-Demand Professions. Contestants must demonstrate the capability to find a job soon after they land in Manitoba.
