Express Entry's SINP Program relaunched to accept 600 Visa Applications - May 19, 2017

Saskatchewan, a renowned province of Canada, reopened its International Skilled Worker program. The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program-SINP is a fresh program ready to accept a maximum of 600 new applications. This program will allow relevant candidates who satisfy certain levels to be picked from an Express Entry pool Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to obtain 600 points additionally in its Comprehensive Ranking System. The accumulated points will help them enter the pool for Express entry to apply as permanent resident at successive lottery at the Express Entry 

In the month of February, the SINP program received 500 new applications to spread a message that Saskatchewan is the immigrant destination of Canada to be looked for future preferences.

For Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category, applicants should do the following: 

  • Accommodation data should be refurbished if staying in Canada.
  • It should have a Profile created in the Express entry with a Validation Code as a job searcher which is accepted into IRCC Express Entry pool.
  • The SINP should have an application Code
  • All the results language test should be from a qualified testing company.
  • Candidates should have completed a minimum of one year of higher education which is compared with the Canadian education system of with a valid degree, diploma, certificate, equivalent to a trade certificate; 
  • Work experience certificate related to their area of expertise or training into the varied skilled occupation (NOC for category A or B) is required for this program.
  • A proof of eligibility is required for Saskatchewan agreement for working professional is  mandatory for certification or licensing; 
  • Certificate of qualification is required an in their area of the expertise from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Commission and Trade Certification.
  • Sufficient documentation of funds and a settlement plan are required for this program.
  • A minimum score of 60 points is required for the evaluation for SINP.
