British Columbia announced 63 latest Tech Pilot invitations to apply for Express Entry British Columbia & Skills Immigration applicants in a draw that held on December 3.

Invitations to apply went to the Skilled Worker and Global Graduateapplicants in the streams of Express Entry British Columbia (E.E.B.C) and Skills Immigration.

Latest BC PNP Tech Pilot Draw Details

The minimum required provincial score was 90 points for all the four streams of British Columbia Immigration.

The British Columbia PNP Tech Pilot produces a fast-tracked, immigration path for In-demand IT professionals and global students by British Columbia’s current provincial immigration streams.

In order to be counted for British Columbia immigration by this provincial program, applicants need to have a valid employment offer for a minimum of one year in duration in one of the listed Tech Pilot’s 29 qualified professions.

People who wish to appeal beneath the category of Skills Immigration need to create a profile first by the British Columbia Provincial Program’s online gateway and enroll below its Skills Immigration Registration (S.I.R.S) System.

Candidates are assessed based on human capital parameters such as level of education, age of the primary applicant, work experience, skill in English language and employment location.

Express Entry applicants who get a nomination from the British Columbia province will be granted an extra 600 points via their Express Entry CRS score and it effectively ensures an Invitation to Apply (I.T.A) in a following federal Express Entry draw. A coveted nomination from the province effectively secures selection beneath the Canadian Federal Express Entry System.

The British Columbia PNP prints the scores that immigrants need to secure to receive an invitation to apply for Canada immigration beneath its programs.

The score required for a global graduate is 30 points score lesser compared to a skilled worker below both the Canadian Express Entry and the provincial stream. For entry-level workers and semi-skilled workers, the score is lesser again.
